My son was using his Elegoo kit I got him. He had done lesson 3 (hardwire an LED), and was doing lesson 4 and could not get it to work. I then plugged in my Arduino Uno R3 to see if it was the Arduino. Same result. So I got out my volt meter, and I'm only getting a few millivolts between the V5 pin and GND.
